Iraca round basket (Blue)

This fiber craft, was made by an artisan mother from the Narinio Region, who started weaving with Iraca palm leaves (pronounced Eera-kha) at the early age of 9. Today they pass on their artistic knowledge to the next generation the same way their family members had taught them in the past, creating all kinds of household and costume jewelry with excellent quality, durability, coloring and finishing.
